Safe and Quick Weight Loss Tips

Dieting is no fun, and many of us, once we make the decision to peel off a few pounds, want to lose the weight as quickly as possible. But is quick weight loss safe? For years we have heard the warnings, that weight loss of one to two pounds each week is the safe limit. Is this true? Using some proven weight loss tips it may be possible to enjoy quick weight loss without any negative side effects. It should go without saying that these tips assume that you are generally healthy. If you have any health concerns, it is best to discuss your weight loss plan with someone who knows your medical history.

Quick weight loss tips:

1.    Understand the importance of exercise.  One of the reasons that safe weight loss is capped at two pounds a week is to prevent someone from severely restricting their diet. By adding exercise every day, you can eat more and still lose weight.

2.    If you are serious about quick weight loss, do not drink your calories. Soft drinks, sweetened teas and flavored coffees do not fill up the stomach in the same way that real food does, and it is unlikely that you will compensate for the added calories by cutting back on food.

3.    Use a variety of weight loss tips. While some people have weight loss success using one plan, many others find that taking some ideas from one plan, and some ideas from another, essentially developing a plan that fits into their life, makes weight loss easier and faster.

4.    For quick weight loss, consider substituting one or two meals each day with a protein shake. This almost automatically makes your diet a low carbohydrate one, which is very effective for quick results, and the protein helps you to feel full.

5.    Understand that you may not be a person that can graze all day. Some people find that three meals and two snacks make them hungrier and less satisfied than a strict three meal a day program.

6.    Replace eating with physical activity. Too often, we try to distract our hunger away    by reading, watching television or getting on the computer. For quick weight loss, take a walk, do some pushups, or walk up and down a set of stairs for ten minutes every time you feel the urge to snack.

So how much weight is it possible to lose using these weight loss tips? It depends on the person. The more you have to lose, the quicker the pounds will come off. Also, if you have been exercising or dieting it is not likely that you will experience as dramatic results as those who are new to a dieting program.

Many people with thirty or more pounds to lose — may find that the first few weeks of dieting leads to a five pound or more loss. Using these quick weight loss tips you can maximize the odds that you will experience quick and lasting results.

What are some quick tips for applying for a sales associate position at a retail store?

Do you have any quick tips for how to get the job?

Smile alot, tell the interviewer your skills like "I love working with people, I am a fast learner, I am educated in how to use computers. I am a people person." You have to really sell yourself. Retail positions often have TONS of applicants so you need to make yourself stand out from the stack of applications on the manager’s desk.

One thing I really need to tell you, which someone else on here told me, is to if you get an interview drop off a thank you card the next day. In the thank you card say something like "Mr. Joe Smith, I just wanted to thank you for taking time out of your day to interview me. I am very interested in this position of sales associate and I am looking foreword to hearing from you. Sincerely, Jane Doe."

If they gave you a specific date on which they would contact you and let you know you got the job or not say "I am looking foreward to hearing from you on "the date they said."

I did this and I got the job I am working at right now. Most people don’t think of doing thank you notes and there have been tests ran that showed that when someone had written a thank you note, they were more than 2 times more likely to get the job.

Don’t hesitate to call about the job either, but avoid making a pest of yourself. You want them to know you really want the position.

Another note of advice, even though it is not necessary for this position, but make a business letter and a resume. This will show the manager that you are serious and mature and you took enough time out of your free time to make up these items for them. At the bottom of your business letter do not forget to put "Enc. Resume" so that they will know that there is supposed to be a resume along with the letter just incase it were to get separated.

This is the best I can tell you but I assure you if you take these steps you will double your chances at landing the job you want. It worked for me! good luck hon’ !!!

Diets don’t work. Trying to lose weight can sometimes be frustrating. It’s also depressing when you see that you’re not getting the results you want. So, what I’m going to do is share with you some tips on how to lose weight quick.

That way, you will be able easily lose weight that will give you the best results possible.

The quick weight loss tips are:

1. Drinking plenty of water is one way to lose weight quick. Water allows you to increase your metabolism, which helps with burning your body fat. So, be sure you drink at least eight glasses of water a day.

Also, water will allow you to get rid of toxins that are in your body.

2. Exercising is another way to lose weight quick. You have to workout in order to drop those hard to lose pounds. You should workout at least 3 times a week. The reason exercising is important is because it allows you to burn fat and will help shape and tone your muscles.

This helps keep your skin from sagging while you’re losing weight.

3. Eating healthy foods is another great way to lose weight quick. You should eat small meals every two hours. The foods you should consider eating includes veggies, nuts, fruits, whole wheat foods, and lean meats (tuna, lean beef, turkey, chicken breast).

Also, you should have a “cheat” meal once a week. This will help your metabolism and reward you for your hard work. When having your cheat meal, don’t over eat.

These are some tips on how to lose weight quick. If you really want to lose weight, you need to do something now. If you wait too long, you could possibly put on more weight, which will make you even more upset with yourself. Also, you could be at risk of of health problems.
